As Chief Executive Officer, Ken is able to offer their clients the benefit of his many years of experience as a financial institution CEO to ensure that they receive maximum value for their expense dollars.

Ken has a keen awareness from the perspective of a financial institution executive regarding the requirements for a successful building project, ranging from small additions to major remodels and new construction. His hands-on experience, coupled with his ability to manage the financial aspects of building projects, result in an insight that is very valuable to the clients of Financial Design & Construction, Inc.

Ken graduated from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. Additionally, he has participated in dozens of post-graduate education programs and seminars covering many phases of management and finance.

Ken has a total of 33 years of experience working for financial institutions. He has been employed by Bank of America, The Arizona Bank, and Hughes Federal Credit Union, and, from 1981 through 2001, he was President/CEO of Otero Federal Credit Union, the organization from which he retired in 2001. During his tenure as President/CEO, he controlled over a dozen building projects for the credit union and assisted many other credit unions with their building projects.

In 1995 Ken began his own business, Matrix Business Solutions, Inc., that he worked on a part time basis until his retirement from the credit union. He offered his services as a consultant for finance, management, human resources, strategic planning and also was a business education seminar leader.

In January 2003 Ken became co-owner, along with John White and Jeff White, of Financial Design and Construction, Inc. where he is involved in every aspect of the business, with his primary concentration being in charge of consulting and client services.
