Financial Design & Construction, Inc. has embodied a Safety Program in which we strive to minimize liability to our clients. We oversee the prevention of accidental injury, occupational illness and property damage.

Our program establishes minimum standards in certain key areas: it does not exempt the Subcontractor from its foregoing responsibility to provide and maintain, within their scope of work, a safe, hazard free environment for their fellow workers and the general public.

The Subcontractor's individual Safety Program for each project, as a minimum, shall incorporate all of the principles of each project's safety program. All Subcontractors are required to have an obligation to perform their work using safe methods and to comply with their company safety policies and procedures, the project documents, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards, and all other Federal, State and local codes and regulations.
